‘Bukvy’ carry on the track of Zelensky’s disregard for Ukraine’s Constitution and laws.

During the meeting on the development of seaports in Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky demanded from Vlasov to resign.

According to the regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is directed and coordinated by the government.

The Constitution, laws of Ukraine and the above-mentioned regulation do not give the president any authority to interfere, influence or participate in the current activities of the State Fiscal Service.

In view of this, Zelensky’s actions violated Articles 19, 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, which define the content and limits of the president’s powers.
