‘Bukvy’ keeps tracking the story of president’s disregard for the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.

In December, Zelensky gave an interview to’Focus’ news outlet, in which he told about his conversations with Oleksandr Tupytsky, the chair of the Constitution Court.

In fact, Zelensky admitted that he had repeatedly publicly stated that the Constitution Court should in no way cancel the ‘land reform’, and asked the CCU chair ‘not to raise the land, banking, and language issues’.

Thus, Volodymyr Zelensky, acting as president, violated Articles 147 and 149 of the Constitution of Ukraine, which guarantee the Constitution Court of Ukraine and its judges independence and inviolability, as well as prohibit influencing a judge in any way.
