Zelensky continues misusing his authority violating Ukraine’s Constitution.

According to Section 15 of the transitional provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the president has the right to issue economic decrees approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and signed by the PM within three years after the entry into force of the Constitution of Ukraine.

The revoked decree of the president of Ukraine № 762/98 of July 10, 1998 was issued within the above provision and regulated the amount of fees for notarial acts by private notaries.

Thus, the repeal by Zelensky of the presidential decree № 762/98 of July 10, 1998 in the absence of the current law, which regulates the same issues is a violation of Section 15 of the transitional provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine.
